IPTVIQTerms of Use
1. What IPTVIQ is
IPTVIQ ("the App") is a media player. The App does not sell, host, curate, verify, or provide access to any television channel, video-on-demand catalog, or program guide. Any content you view through the App comes exclusively from a source — an Xtream Codes account, M3U/M3U8 playlist, XMLTV guide, direct stream URL, or Stalker/MAG/Ministra portal — that you supply.
2. Your responsibility for your own sources
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any source you add to the App is one you are legally authorized to access and use. The App has no way to verify the legitimacy, licensing, or authorization of any source you configure, and we make no representation about any third-party source's legality. Use of the App with an unauthorized source is entirely at your own risk and responsibility, not ours.
3. No content hosting or relay
We do not operate, host, cache, proxy, or relay any stream, playlist, or guide data on your behalf. All such traffic flows directly between your Mac and the source (or proxy) you configured.
4. No warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with any specific third-party source or provider. We do not guarantee that any given source or feature will work with every provider or network environment.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Land Yazılım ve Bilişim Limited Şirketi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of access to a third-party source, playback failures, or any legal consequence of your choice of source.
6. Local data is yours
All data the App creates on your behalf (source configuration, favorites, history, profiles) lives on your device and is yours to delete at any time by removing the App and its data.
7. Age and profile controls
The App's optional Kids-profile feature is a local content-visibility tool configured by you; it is not a substitute for your own judgment about content appropriate for a minor in your household.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the App's features change; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
